Hey Reader - I have some questions for you.
Here's what's on my mind as we close out this year: I spent 2025 building two businesses, running workshops, writing more than I have in a hot minute, and growing approximately one metric fuckton of plants.
And as I'm trying to figure out what 2026 should look like, instead of making assumptions... I'm just going to ask you.
So I made a survey. It's quick, and your answers will directly shape what I focus on and create in the coming year. Whether you're here for the marketing strategy, the productivity work, the plants, or all of the above, I want to hear from you.

I just published a piece about the plant CSA and what this year taught me about building something tangible when everything else feels like it's falling apart. If you've been thinking about starting a garden or you're tired of buying sad transplants at big box stores, this one's for you.
It's about resistance and reciprocity. About building the kind of community that can actually sustain us. About buy local being a battle cry, not a platitude.
This Saturday, December 13th from 9am-4pm, I'll be selling raspberry jam and CSA shares.
This is my last market of the year, so if you've been meaning to grab something local and handmade for the holidays - or if you just want to say hi - come through!

I’m giving a talk at PDX Convergence in January, and it is noooot like any talk I've ever given before. (She's giving punk Martha Stewart bbs.)
The event is about moving from the paralysis of anger and fear into actual collective action.
It’s a message of hope and resilience, a plan and pathway forward in our resistance, because we are strongest together.
Last Thoughts - and last ask (I swear!)
I’m trying to figure out the best way to support you at the start of 2026, and I’m torn between two options:
Option 1: Quarterly planning workshop — the clarity and focus work I’ve been doing, helping you figure out your most important work and actually make progress on it.
Option 2: Office hours style community day — drop-in format where you can bring your questions (marketing, business, garden planning, productivity, whatever) and get support in real time.
Which sounds more valuable to you? Just hit reply and let me know. I’m genuinely curious.
